Feather File Manager: Terms of Service

Feather File Manager ("the app") is an Android app by Kilobyte Tools (Anand Kashyap, India). These terms apply when you install or use the app. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

Use of the app

You can use the app on your own devices for personal or work use. Do not copy, sell, or change the app, and do not use it to break the law or to harm the rights of other persons.

Your files

The app changes files only when you tell it to. You are responsible for the operations that you start, such as delete, move, and overwrite. Keep a backup of important files.

Purchases

The app can offer a one-time paid unlock for more functions. Google Play processes all payments, and the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play refund policies apply. Google Play keeps the record of the purchase with your Google account.

Privacy

The privacy policy tells you what the app does with your data.

Warranty and liability

The app is supplied "as is". To the extent that the law permits, the developer is not liable for lost data or other loss that comes from the use of the app. These terms do not remove the rights that consumer law in your country gives you.

Law

The law of India applies to these terms, without removing the mandatory consumer rights of your country.

Changes

If these terms change, this page will be updated and the effective date will change.
